    Hi,

    Here's my issue. My computer tells me that OneCare stopped working. I cannot open OneCare. So I figured it's because it was expired. So I tried downloading Microsoft Security Essentials -- it failed. Then I tried uninstalling OneCare -- it failed. Then I tried the OneCare Cleanup Tool -- it failed too.

    Basically, I put the OneCare Cleanup Tool on my desktop. Then I tried to run it using Administrator Privileges. Then I clicked Run. After that, if I click anywhere else on my screen, it asks me if I want to end the cleanup tool because it's jammed. It looks like I am unable to download any program and I'm unable to open my iTunes anymore. And without OneCare, I can't do a virus check to see if I've got anything.

    Please help. Thanks! I use Vista.
