12 ตุลาคม 2553 6:29I am having updates issues. It keeps telling me that a file cabinet encrypture certification is not available. It took me a long time to make Windows security Esentials to work. I tried installing service pack 3 but it just woul not install. I am running Windows XP Profecional. As my last resource I tried to install Windows Live OneCare but it did not install. It gave me an error ID # 0020-80070643. I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to read my message.

You cannot install Windows Live OneCare.

If you are referring to Microsoft Security Esentials, this isn't the right forum. However, your problems are much greater than OneCare or MSE if you cannot install SP3 for XP.
I think that you should possibly start here: Windows Update Solution Center - http://support.microsoft.com/ph/6527 or consider formatting the PC/restoring it to factory condition and updating it via Windows Update or having someone do that for you. You can also post to the Windows Update forum for XP here: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/threads

A possible reason for this problem is that you have conflicting security software installed fully or partially on the PC. Remove all other security software from the PC.
