Unable to Change Startup Settings in Live OneCare

10 ตุลาคม 2552 0:35I have encountered the following error when I try to change startup settings in Live OneCare:
"Unknown problems are preventing OneCare from showing unused programs. Please try again later."
Please help.

That will cause all customizations to be lost, though, so I'd first try a simple reboot. If you use the reset tool, you will need to reconfigure anything you changed in OneCare settings and a new, full backup will be required if you are using backup.
