OneCare Startup cleaner encountered a problem and cannot start. Click 'Get help' for assistance.
Naturally, no help files yet exist. The rest of OneCare works fine. Is anyone else having this problem, or perhaps a solution?

The error you saw implies that Startup Cleaner functionality cannot be used on your client because of some internal error.
Kindly file a bug via the channel Steve suggested above. This will help us identify the issue and fix it in future updates.
