Locked Startup Cleaner error

    About two days ago, I started getting this error when the OneCare 2.0 beta launches:

    OneCare Startup cleaner encountered a problem and cannot start. Click 'Get help' for assistance.

    Naturally, no help files yet exist. The rest of OneCare works fine. Is anyone else having this problem, or perhaps a solution?

    I haven't heard of this one before. As you can see, this topic folder is pretty quiet.

    The error you saw implies that Startup Cleaner functionality cannot be used on your client because of some internal error.

     

    Kindly file a bug via the channel Steve suggested above. This will help us identify the issue and fix it in future updates.
