נעול Start up programs

    The update email claimed that i would be able to change what programs are initiated on cold stsrts. of course, all current OS make this nearly impossible, so sounds like a lovely fix for MS eff up. But so, updates installed and no obvious means for ending the endless start up of programs i do not want nor need to initiate on reboots.

      Open OneCare.

      Click on Change Settings.

      Select the Tune-up tab

      Click on "Change startup settings" at the bottom of the Tune-up panel.

      Note that the last used date cannot be determined for quite a few programs by OneCare, so use this option with care.
