Yes they should because we have just made additions to the 2007 reporting schema (adding portfolio data for instance). Upgrade your 2007 instance and try them out!
As Christophe says, they should work. Run them and let us know if you have issues....
The one thing I'd point out is that we've simplified the way you get availability data together by putting a dummy project in for timesheet-entered working admin time (so you may need to filter this out, use the ProjectType column) and adding a "Combined Work" measure to the assignmentbyday_userview so you don't need to do the Resource Plan type check.
