Unanswered Enterprise Custom Field error when exporting to excel

    Hello all,

    I tried for several days to fix the following error when exporting to excel from the Enterprise Custom Field panel in Server Settings.

    It works fine when I use the Export to excel Button in project center.

    Can you help me to resolve this issue ?

    This may be an issue with your own computer.  Try it on a different PC to
    see if that works.
     
    I suspect it's actually an issue with your IE configuration.
     
    I usually either use a different PC or run the Playbooks tool to drop it
    into XML.  From XML, it's easy to regenerate a spreadsheet view within Excel.
