Proposed Speech Sdk Desktop development

    Is this the most appropriate location to be asking questions about using the Microsoft Speech SDK 5.x for native desktop development?  Since the newsgroups are no longer being supported, I'm just getting my feet wet using this forum format.

    I guess not.  I think I've found a bug in Microsoft Speech SDK 5.4. Where should I document it.
