  Our all speech servers got a lot of warnings since 11/10/2009.

  The Telephony Application Proxy declined a call with Call Id '01B23EFC3A814000000497B3@pbxgw.default.com' from '' for application 'IVRAPP' at URL 'http://localhost/IVRAPP/IVRAPP.speax' when it encountered the following exception:

  System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted 127.0.0.1:80

     at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

     at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Int32 timeout, Exception& exception)

  Anyone know what cause this issue?
