Has anybody seen or had a situation where a Live Meeting scheduled via OCS has expired prematurely?... I have a user who inserted some content ahead of time, and is now preparing for the meeting shortly... users are getting the following message when trying to connect to it:
"the meeting has ended or the information you entered was not recognized. contact the meeting organizer for more information"
For those interested... We have determined that the default expiration time is 14 days... from the date you have SCHEDULED your Live Meeting through OCS. The setting for this is stored in WMI (ContentExpirationGracePeriod) as well as the back end.... you can change this to a maximum of 365 days. I find it rather ODD that this is from the SCHEDULED on date, and does not actually begin counting down from the meeting END DATE/TIME.
