WHS 2011 Dashboard error

  WHS 2011 will no longer launch dashboard from the actual system itself and from remote systems. i tried safe mode and disabled every single thing in the list 1 at a time then all at once with no success. i get a popup error message that says the following when i try to launch:
  
  the exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occured in the application at location 0xfdcbcacd
  
  then it asks me if i want to relaunch, doesnt matter still wont launch. Tried restarting, nothing. Tried updating, nothing. Tried safe mode, nothing.
  
  Any suggestions or ideas would be fantastic, thanks in advance

  Just an update I have been unable to fix this problem however through the use of the "Server Manager" console i can still add users and permissions as well as modify hard drive folders and permissions manually. This does not fix the problem however I feel this is a viable workaround.
