User Accounts Problem

  1- when i create user name in whs 2011, then i cannot create same user name in dasboard and same when i create user name in dashboard then i can not create in whs.

  2- user name created in whs cannot login to windows launch pad, it give error "user name or password is wrong."

  3- user name created through dashboard can  login to windows launchpad.

  some user name created in whs i want to add in dashboard user names too, how can i do this?
