    Hello,

    One of my nodes recently got listed as unreachable. I can RDC to it though. When I look under the services it seems to be unable to start the necessary managment servies for the compute cluster (Microsoft compute cluster managment service). It just times out. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hi Ilya,

     

    Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Client tools on this specific node?

     

    Please uninstall the client utilities, then reboot.

    Following a reboot, reinstall the client utilities, point it to the head node, and see if it comes back as reachable.

     

    Please let us know what helps solve the issue.
