    We've filled out the proper form to be removed from Hotmail blacklist, last week but we're still on it. What do we have to do to be removed.

    There is no other proper way to do this, only filling form on Hotmail server support site and checking also a http://mxtoolbox.com. You can try contact directly someone on Microsoft, but there is wrong forum for this issue.
