Problem downloading two of the Action Pack Products

1)One of the 3 Windows Home Server 2008 Files fails to download completely. It is file #X14-24271 and the file size actually downloaded is only 1.11MB. I tried downloading several times using Download Manager as well as Web Download, closing out of the partner network and rebooting computer each time.
2) When attempting to download File #X14-23908 of Product Dynamics CRM Workgroup Server 4.0 for Partners, I receive the message 404-Error File or Directory not found when using Download Manager and the message File has been removed, File has been renamed or File is temporarily unavilable. I tried downloading several times using Download Manager as well as Web Download, closing out of the partner network and rebooting computer each time.
Can someone help me.
