In this page you will find a tab titled "Skills Measured" that describes the knowledge that you need to acquire, and another page "Preparation Materials" that normally (for other exams) should list some boks and other resources. Unfortunately, in the specific case of 70-518 there are not (yet) any resources available, so you will need to do independent research on MSDN and other resources until you become knowledgeble on all the "skills measured".
