Has anyone utilized this addon? How are the reporting and tracking of the calls as opposed to doing these activities without this addon? We're still trying to get the 101 down, trying to track my co-workers activities, phonecalls regarding cold calls.. appointments.. they have problems with the outlook and CRM calendar.. My one coworkers outlook client freezes everytime he tries to do something.. I've had this problem before also and we're both running Vista and Outlook 07 sp1. Mine has some how fixed itself and is no longer doing that.. It would be much easier if we can just create appointments, email, and phonecalls all in CRM without having to switch back and forth from outlook.
