31 Mayıs 2012 Perşembe 15:20I am trying to access CRM Mobile Express (i'm using CRM 2011) on a BlackBerry Bold 9700 running BlackBerry 7 but after entering the https:// address in the browser I get a message that a network error occurred and to try again later. I know there is no problem with network coverage so I'm wondering if it's something to do with security settings. Has anyone seen this problem before and able to offer a resolution?

Is the CWR Mobile CRM solution installed on the CRM server? If not, it may not work; depending on how you are accessing of course. If you are using a standard web browser and attempting to log in by way of a standard Web Portal authentication, it should. However, if you are using an application that you downloaded, you have to have the solution installed on the server for it work properly.
At least, that is what we came across when attempting to do the same thing.
