Outlook error when Offline

Dear All
I created a record and assign to 'Team'. The 'Team' can able to see and open the record in web client and Outlook online, but in offline a user can able to see and try to open then it is showing the following error.
Remember that the team have full access to open the record in the offline.
Please help me regarding this.

Please check the offline capability of the entity. Any thing in system logs?

Yes, entity have the offline capability. In system log also same error message I posted earlier.
