    I get a failed to connect error message.

    I'm using the Website copy utility (GUI) and connecting to:

    https://<correctorg>.crm4.dynamics.com

    I am using a valid Windows Live ID and password (System Administrator)

    I have also entered a new Device ID and Password.

    There's actually a known bug with the websitecopy UI that will be fixed in the final release of the Portals. The command line should work fine, so please try using that.
