    Hi,

    We have deployed MS CRM 2011 customer care accelerator in 24X7 environment in 30- 40 systems.

    We are facing the below issues intermittently

     1        APPLICATION_HOST_ERR_IN_DO_ACTION: An error has occurred while performing action…
     2        DESKTOP_ERR_FATAL_ERROR:A possibly fatal error has occurred. The application may now exit
     3        WORKFLOW_ERR_GET_WORKFLOWS: problem in obtaining the available tasks for the Agent

    Can you please help in identifying the root cause of the problem.
