07 Ocak 2010 Perşembe 14:59Does anyone have the time to advise me on how to remove this Trojan Horse from my Laptop. It has been making my life a misery and I have tried everything I know to get rid of it. I have run various anti-virus programs and they detect and remove it but it seems to come back. I have tried to run anti-virus whilst in safe mode and it finds the virus but it cannot delete it.
I would be very grateful if anyone could advise a novice virus remover.

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
