Communicator user cannot singin outside organization(Internet)

  I enable user with Enable remote user access.

  But when i login outside my organization (Internet), I receive the following message:

  Your communicator account does not allow access from outside your organization's network. Please connect to your organization's network and then try singing into Communicator.

  Anyone have idea?
