Bing Translation Api Limits using TranslateArray

  Hi Chris,

  I read that the general throughput is 400,000 characters per hour or 2 million characters per day / month. Is this correct? And what are the limitations using the TranslateArray? 100 records with a max. of 1000 characters per record?

  What counts to the 2 mio. characters -> The complete request or just the content of the SerializationArrays?
