Do I need just to import 5000 fields? [I can't create 2 floors tree].
Why do we need to input data search word "Journal" or another one if we get N journals finally.

I'm trying to get this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Tree_graph.svg
For my terminology it's 3 "floors" graph. Or also it can be called "graph with max length 3". So I can't create such example following PubMed tutorial. For me the maximum length is 2. But there is such example in documentation (pictures).
Should I add some relations? (in order to create a graph with length 3 and more)
How can I do it?

No idea what "purpose" it solves but yes you can create a "graph" like that in Zentity. Actually, you need to create a set of resources which are associated with each other. The way they will be associated will "come out" as graph.
You can create resources using Zentity WebUI.
