  There are a couple of options that you can do here.  You can provision a new organization through the deployment manager to have a clean instance of CRM and you can also do a redeployment.  See this post by Feridun for more details http://forums.microsoft.com/Dynamics/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2902499&SiteID=27
