    Hi,
    in my company we work all day with Microsoft CRM to handle all our activities on our customers and potential ones. My particular role makes me travel a lot so I do not have time to keep my scheduled tasks daily updated so I often have to work in the weekend to update and reschedule expired tasks.
    Is there any workflow that can help me to automatically control expired tasks (not completed) and reschedule it in (for example) 3 days?

    Yes you can :)

    It's very simple to reschedule a task with a workflow, but you need to develop your own workflow based on your needs...

    If you can provide a simple example I can try to help you.
