Hi shootfirst6501,
Your diagnostic report indcates you are running a Retail version of Windows, rather than a system builder version:
Windows License Type: Retail
This could simply be because you have not yet activated Windows. Please see this thread, and verify that Windows is activated.
If it has been, please let me know by replying to this thread and we'll pursue other possibilities.
Regards,

2009年10月9日 19:10Hello --
I'm not sure if I'm addressing the right person by asking this, but I submitted a rebate to Dlink for a Wireless Pocket Router in March of 2009 along with the bonus pack rebate access code RC5D-J4AM. When I first received my access code, I copy-and-pasted it to a notepad document to ensure I would have exactly what I had been sent. I submitted everything the rebate asked for and was denied because "A Bonus Pack Rebate Access Code was not submitted." They sent me a card in the mail asking for a resubmission of the code, which I did, and I was denied yet again.
My question is, what should I do to get my rebate check? I called Dlink, and I was directed to www.dlink.com by Kim, the Dlink customer service representative that assisted me today, but she didn't say what I should do when I got there. My name is listed as "Carrigan" on both rebate submissions, and I told them on the card that my name is actually "Corrigan." I told this to Kim, but she didn't think it would make a difference. She said the code I gave them wasn't on their list, but there's no chance of a mistake on my end. I have photocopies of everything I sent both times, and the code is exactly as what I got from the beginning.
What should I do?
Thanks,
Brian
