    So i have had my account hacked many times and spam sent out. Every time this happens i scan my computer for viruses and spy were... each time nothing, so i change my password again. Today i find my account has been blocked even though its not my secruity thats the problem. I'm sorry windows but get off your ass and do something for the people that support you! I use this email for everything!!!! and now its blocked untill someone can be bothered to come along and send me an email to another account. Frankly i am not impressed!

     

    And where can i go about sending a complaint???? i have looked over again and again but get nothing except "Password advice". I want to complain about your servers secruity not get password advice!

    Your problem is not with the password on the computer – but the password on your hotmail/windows Live account – have you changed that?
    This is, anyhow the wrong place to either complain or seek resolution of your problem – it’s for WGA feedback only.
     
    You need to go the the support forums for whichever product it is that you are having problems with (which you neglected to tell us)
