where are IEEE Transactions on Computers and Journal of the ACM ??

Actually we do have these two celebrated journals in our system. http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Journal/18, http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Journal/89, yet somehow, they do not appear in the top list.
