Onecare & Winmail

Are these programs compatiable? I have a new Vista 64 bit rig opon which I setup the Winmail program and it seemed to work properly. However, once I installed OneCare Winmail couldn't be opened because the report indicated that the mailbox was being used by another program such as a virus program, error 0x800c0155,2. and then upon exiting an addtional notice reports that it can't be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. I was unable to find any reference to Winmail-Onecare problems, although there appears to be conflicts with other virus programs. I did find comments suggesting that Winmail would have to be reset which I tried without any improvement. That finally resulted in reverting the system back to the as factory provided settings and I have not much interest in going through that hassle again.
What am I missing besides Vista, Onecare, Winmail being a bunch of frustration.....

2007年11月27日 21:14版主 The Windows Mail issue is not very likely to be related to One Care as One Care does not scan incoming mail.
