    i got my one care product in september this year and put it on the pc,,,but i have had the pc packed up for a month..ive put it back on the net today and it says my anti vius is out of dte,,ive tried to put the disc back in but it says its already installed,,what can i do the firewall is on and updates too

      John, if you leave your computer on One Care should update automatically. If it does not update in a day or so please contact support. Support can be reached by using the help link in the One Care console.

        Leave it on and connected to the Internet - overnight, if needed. If you are using dial-up, to get you up to date after a month will be a significant download - especially if the 2.0 update is being delivered to you.
