backdoor:win32/Zonebac.D - make it go away

Recently loaded OneCare on an XP machine. Found the above SEVERE problem. I have cleaned it 10+ times, each time with reported success. In admin options it is always a different specific file. WIll it ultimately go away or is it duplicating faster than I can clean it? Suggestions? This is standard One Care, no beta
