How to move topic to another forum?

Hello,
1. Is there a forum for asking questions about how MSDN forums work? So far I've discovered only the one for bug reporting.
2. How could I move a topic to another forum or mark it to be moved so that someone else (moderator?) moves it later?

You can provide suggestions and feedback for the Forums at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/suggest/threads.
Forums moderators can move topics or mark topics so that they will be moved.Bye.

Probably I should have mention all the details in the first post. Scenario is as follows:
- I browse on of my favorite forums and notice that some thread should definitely be moved to another more appropriate forum.
- I don't have moderator right on this forum (neither on the other one I want to move this thread to).
- Thread I want to move was not started by me.

Then click the "report as abuse" link at the end of the post, then select off topic. If you feel this is not enough, try the forum suggested by Luigi.

2012年5月14日 6:34Thanks Sheng. That's the way I've done it in the past. I was trying to figure out if there's a nicer solution, looks like not.
