  I'm not sure I understand what the issue is.

  hi
  after hard reset to  ipaq i pass it to a new user.
  when i sync it with new user at the sync name its the old user.
  how can i delete the old user name?

  The user name that is showing, was it automatically added when the sync was first setup or did you change it to a particular name?  You can change the name by going into SETTINGS/ABOUT/Device ID
