    Hello,

I have talked to the regional center for Indian subcontinent (Asia and Pacific) today and they told me that online application process for MCT Program is temporarily suspended by Microsoft and new applications can only be made from June 1, 2012.

Although this information is a bit shocking, but maybe it has been for any particular reason.

    Dear Nil,

No, they did not provide detailed information about it. For now, they just said that it's an official update from Microsoft.

    Hello -

They are incorrect.  I apologize for the misinformation & made sure that the regional service center does not give this information out again.

The new MCT program year starts on March 1.  We are *not* suspending the program nor taking it away.  All MOC (Microsoft Official Courseware) must be instructed by an MCT.  For more information - please refer to:

    Dear Sarah,

I think your information is incomplete about it. I talked to the regional center again today and they clearly stated that the applications made before June 1, 2012 will be rejected and advised to apply on or after June 1, 2012.

I would request you and other members for finding and updating this thread with the correct information.

    Dear Jeff,

I did not know who Sarah is and I'm sorry for commenting on her statement, I really am. What I did was because regional center provided the same information twice.

Are you able to contact them again and this time get the name of the person you speak too? This way we can report it to Sarah so that she can address the misinformation issue.

    Thanks for your assistance.
