We are aware of an issue that was encountered with the latest Live Mesh mobile release where you are unable to install the client. The error is: “Time mismatch with server. Live Mesh refused connection”.
The workaround for this problem is below, please note - Mobile 6.5 users have seperate steps.
Go to http://m.mesh.com from your mobile web browser.
Sign in with your Live ID
You will see a link to download the new client on the main page.
Download the cab file to your mobile device and install it.
During installation the installer will prompt you and inform you that
the previous version will be removed and the new version installed.
MOBILE 6.5 USERS
- Uninstall Live Mesh from your Mobile
- Go to http://m.mesh.com from your mobile web browser
- Sign in with your Live ID
- Download the cab file to your mobile device and install it
You should now be able to login to Mesh with the new client successfully.
