    Hi Everyone,

    I am customizing Charts in CRM 2011 but facing some problem. As per requirement what I want is to display Leads associated to individual Contacts in the Chart. Further more I want to display names of lead on the same Chart with Contacts name displayed Horizontal and Lead Vertical or vice-versa.

    I think this is the limitation of CRM 2011 charts, we can't display name of two entities on same chart like as per my requirement. Displaying yes it is possible as per OTB functionality. If we talk about chart than I think everything needs to be displayed on the chart rather than further filtering that chart by clicking on the graph.

    Please provide me some solution to overcome this problem.

    Hi,

    The best to achieve what you want is to create a custom Charts using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and BIDS (Business Intelligence Development Studio).
    Once created you can import this report/chart into the CRM.

    So help on creating reports with SSRS and BIDS can be found in the CRM 2011 SDK.
