You appear to have a couple of problems - hopefully both will be sorted by recreating the Licensing StorePlease try the below steps to recreate the Store with the correct data.
1) Open an Internet Browser window.
2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
3) Find the file CMD.exe
4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
9) Type: net start slsvc
10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
11) Restart your computer twice. You may be asked to enter your COA Key and/or Activate. – if asked for the Key, use the one on your COA sticker, on the machine’s case.Once complete, run another MGADiag report and post back with the results

It looks to me as if something is preventing the tool from gathering all the data it needs - there is a section of data missing (the Licensing Data section).Usually the cause of this is a corrupt Licensing Store - but yours appears to have another cause.Since the Key in teh report hasn't changed, either I suspect that it's a permissions issue, or a services issue. Please run the following commands, and copy/paste the results to your response.REG QUERY HKUREG QUERY HKU\S-1-5-20REG QUERY HKU\S-1-5-20\EnvironmentREG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-20"ICACLS C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkServiceICACLS C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DATDIR C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService /asDIR C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService /ahHere are some instructions to make life easier :)1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the CP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Windows, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Hi Noel,
Here are the results of the execution of the above commands. The result is too long. How can i send the results as an attachment?
The results could span more than 3 - 4 replies?
Thanks

The results shouldn't be that long!
If they are, then it could indicate a more severe corruption than usual.
Please save the results as a text file in Notepad, and upload it to your public SkyDrive - post a link to the file in your response.

OK _ got it.I've never seen so many entries (360+) in the NetworkService folder before - and I'm not sure what that means (my own folder only has 13 such entries). It quite possibly means that something is repeatedly corrupting the basic NTUSER.DAT file - but it's way beyond my skills to do a diagnosis on that.Have you been using any form of Registry Cleaner or 'Optimiser'?I think we'd better go back to first principles, and start with disk and filesystem cleanup. Please run CHKDSK and SFC scans -type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /R
and hit the Enter key
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot. The chkdsk will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!
After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFC
SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.Post an MGADiag report with details of any error messages encountered.

The following is the result of MGADiag report.
Thanks

If you want to look at the CBS.log data yourself, the best thing to do is copy the file to the desktop - the reason that you can't open the original file is that the system already has it open itself for data-storage.The fact that it's teh size it is means that SFC had to do a lot of work - it may be worth running it again.Once complete, please copy teh CBS.log file to your desktop, then upload it to your public SkyDrive, and post a link in your response. Then we can see what may still need attention. So far there's been no improvement in your report :(

The only error I can see there is related to the SideBar settings.ini file (which should never have been included in the scan, in my opinion) and can be ignored. The file was only 600+KB, though - which means that the system has cleared the older log as it should have done. Please reboot, and wait for 10 minutes without doing anything - then run the following commandsDIR C:\windows\serviceprofilesDIR C:\windows\serviceprofiles\networkserviceDIR C:\windows\serviceprofiles\networkservice /ahpost the results.

Great - thanks. This is only the second time I've seen so many entries in the NetworkService folder - and there's a good few more since the last time you ran the report. (452 and counting!)I really think this is going to be beyond a solution in the forums - your best bet is to contact WGA Support for assistance - point them at this thread so they don't have to reinvent the wheel.WGA Support can be found here-North America: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_genadv_master?ws=support&ws=support#tab4
Outside North America:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support#tab0
Please let us know if (and how) MS manage to repair the problem without a repair install of the OS - it would be useful for future reference!
