NEED HELP!!! COMPUTER INFECTED

Hello,
I am a paying member but of course it is too difficult for me to find ANYTHING on here especially my subscription # so I can call to get support. WHERE CAN I FIND THIS????? I HAVE UNCLEANABLE THREATS ON MY COMPUTER!!!

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.

Additionally, there is no subscription number - you have a subscription ID - open OneCare, click Help/About - that's the LiveID for your subscription.
Call the number above for help, though, if you can't validate the subscription per the FAQ instructions.

Hi,
you try to boot the computer to safemode with networking.
restart the computer, while booting up keep on tappinng the f8 key and once you have a black scree "advance boot option" select safemode with networking using the arrow keys and press enter.
once you have the desktop open an internet explorer and go to www.safety.live.com and click on full service scan then follow the onscreen prompts to run the full scan. it will help you to clean the infection.
