Help - WANT One Care's free 6-month extension

Hello,
It has taken me a long time to find this help center, so I am a little frustrated. But my credit card on file was expired so I was not allowed to receive the free six-month extension. I'm wondering if you could please reverse that action? I would like the extension - please reactivate my One Care. I would really appreciate it! I have corrected my credit card.
Thank you!

The 6 month extension expired quite some time ago, so your credit card issue isn't the cause. Your subscription likely expired after the extensions were given out. My last retail subscription expired without an extension, too.

Uninstall OneCare, use the cleanup tool: http://social.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943/, and then download and install the free Microsoft Security essentials for malware protection - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/resources.aspx
If you used OneCare for backups, you'll still be able to restore from old backups if you use the OneCare Restore tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecarebackupandrestore/thread/e5d686c8-762b-4b22-bc08-bfb93f911e57, but you'll need to seek an alternative backup solution.
