Can't install - Error 0031-80070643

  I was able to install fine on my machine.

   

  Then I tried on my second machine - which has identical hardware and operating system - Vista Home Premium.

   

  It doesn't get very far into the install process - it downloads and starts to install and ends with error 0031-80070643 and says to contact support.
