    I am trying to install OneCare on my laptop with Windows Vista Ultimate but I keep getting an error message saying that I have an unsupported system and need Vista or XP with Service Pack 2.  Can you help?

      If your laptop is Vista X64 you will need to install the One Care 2.0 beta, which is the only X64 compatible version. You can download One Care 2.0 beta here - http://get.live.com/betas/en-us/onecare_betas
