finding my subscription to reinstall my subscription to Windows live onecare

I had to do a system reset to my at home pc. I had a onecare subscription, now after the reboot I can not remember my user ID and password to redownload it, I thought it would be my email address but so far that is not working. Can you please advise me on what to do next.
