Locked Dashboard won't load.

    I installed a new hard drive on to my server.  I booted it up and attempted to use remote desktop Dashboard client to configure the drive.  However Dashboard wouldn't load and I keep receiving an error "An unexpected error prevented the Windows Server Vail Dashboard from opening."  I tried to login again with no luck.  I rebooted the system and still get the same error.  Finally, I logged directly into the server and couldn't get Dashboard to open.

      Try this:

      1. Remote Desktop to the home server.

      2. Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Certification Authority.

      3. Right click the SERVERNAME-CA. All Tasks - Renew CA Certificate.

      4. Right click the SERVERNAME-CA. All Tasks - Start Service.

      5. Open Dashboard after reboot the server.
