Simple question
can you have both versions of the connector software on the same client PC (win7 64)
In order to test Vail i do not want to have to keep unistalling and reinstalling connector software as do not have two spare PC (one for vail and one to be a test pc) to do the testing - am want to maintian my backups to WHS1 rather than "trust" them to vail at this stage.
i suspect the answer is no its either one or the other
Could do it from a VM but thought i would ask first
2 pata, 4 sata, 4.4tb storage, 2gig ram - home bake system

Well have answered my own question
the new connector spots you have already connected to another server and will not install as the v1 would also do - which is what i suspected
will have to go down the vm route then - grrr
