    Hello, I took an exam and registered with second shot. I failed the exam and now I cannot find my voucher number in my email or the copy I printed. Is there a way to get my voucher again? I took the exam in July so it should still be good.

    The email provides a link to a page where you can obtain a new voucher number. If you lose it, you may have to check with Prometric on what action to take.
