  I am in the same boat. I want to take the 70-564 exam but there isn't any material. Unfortuantely, the MCPD Self-Paced Training Kit for Exam 70-564 has been removed from production. I found this on Gerry O'Brien's blog on MSDN (http://blogs.msdn.com/gerryo/archive/2008/08/08/visual-studio-2008-certification-training-kits.aspx):

  Hi levente,

  Unfortunately, this title had to be removed from the plan due to budget issues.

  You can use the 70-547 training kit, for VS 2005, and then supplement with VS 2008 content from MSDN.

  Are there a few questions in this exam about Silverlight 2 ? Why could i use a about Silverlight like Introducing Microsoft® Silverlight^TM 2, Second Edition ??

  John Willey Publication is releasing a book specifically for 70-564 unfortunately the scheduled date has been postponed to april 2010. In case you guys have a set of sample Questions for 70-562 Please share. I borrowed the self training kit book from my colleague but the CD is missing.
