Live calendar and other niggles

  I was very disappointed to find that live calendar does not sync with my win mobile device. Contact list and emails work fine however no diary support. Is this on its way? Also, contacts cannot be displayed by nickname so when I open up contacts I get their full name which is a bit too proper.
