問題robots disallow and NoIndex Meta Tag ignored by MSN robot

    I have a disallow for specific pages that are just image popups.
    Also every popup page HTML has a Meta Tag noindex nofollow.

    Yet these pages appear in the MSN indexed pages!

    Why??
